Switching tenants, tools, and scope

The scope switcher lets you work on the software itself (no tenant selected) or on a specific tenant. Choose "All tenants" to manage the product, or pick a custom or templated tenant to act within their account. Tools like Page Flip and Lead Wannabe live in their own menu.
