Store
Run your online store from the portal: orders and shipping, products and inventory, discounts, customers, reviews and sales reports.
- How do I change a product's price, photos or options?
Open the product from Products. Change price and stock on General, options on Variants and photos on Media, then save. Google picks up new photos after its next daily read.
- How do I refund or cancel a store order?
Open the order and use Refund for a full or partial refund, or Cancel order before it ships. You can restock items and record money returned by hand.
- How do I add a product to my store?
Press New product and follow the steps: basics, photos, price and stock, shipping, and website when your site has a store layout. The product stays a draft until you activate it.
- How do I create a discount code or sale in my store?
Under Promotions, press New promotion. Choose how it starts, such as a coupon code, what it gives, what it applies to, and any limits, then create it.
- How do I change store settings, sales tax and order emails?
Store Settings holds currency, SKU options and sales tax rates. Its Notifications page controls the emails buyers and your team get, invoice payment terms and review requests.
- How do I check and adjust my store stock?
Open Inventory to see on hand, reserved and available stock for every product. Press Adjust to add, remove or set a count, with a reason that goes into the history.
- How do I find and fulfil a store order?
Open Orders in the Store, find the order with the tabs or search, then mark it shipped with a tracking number or mark a pickup or local delivery done.
- What can I do in the Store?
The Store add-on runs your online shop from your portal. Manage products, orders, stock, shipping, discounts, customers, reviews and sales reports in one place.
- How do I set up store shipping and buy shipping labels?
On Shipping, set your ship-from address, boxes and checkout rates, and connect a UPS or FedEx account. Then buy labels from an order and reprint or void them under Labels.
