How do I see all the pages on my website in the portal?

Open Website, then Pages to see every page on your site with its status, its number of sections and when it last changed.

The Pages list shows every page on your website in one place. Each row tells you whether the page is Published (on your live site) or a Draft (not on your site yet), how many sections it is built from and when it last changed.

What you need

  • Access to your client portal. Any role on your team can view this list.
  • About 2 minutes.

Steps

  1. In the portal menu, open Website, then Pages.
  2. Your site's address shows under the heading. Select it to open your live site.
  3. To find a page, type part of its name or address in the Search by title or web address... box.
  4. To narrow the list, pick Published or Draft from the status menu. Pick All to see everything again.
  5. To see a published page on your site, select View live on its row.
  6. To see a page's search settings and checks, select anywhere else on its row.

Common problems

  • If Edit looks greyed out, you cannot change pages from your account. Changing pages needs page editing turned on for your account and a role of editor, admin or owner on your team. Hover over Edit, or read the note above the list, to see which one applies. You can still review your pages. Open a request in your client portal if you want a change made.
  • If you see "No pages match that search", clear the search box or set the status menu back to All.
  • If you see "No pages yet", nothing has been added to your site in the portal yet. Open a request and our team will check.
  • If View live is missing on a row, that page is not published (it is a Draft or Archived), so it is not on your live site.
