What is Agile?

Agile is a way of running projects in short cycles, delivering working pieces often and adjusting based on feedback.

Agile is an approach to building software and websites in small steps instead of one big launch. Work is split into short cycles, often one or two weeks, sometimes called sprints. At the end of each cycle the team shows working results, gathers feedback and adjusts the plan. Agile values regular collaboration with the client and responding to change over following a fixed plan to the letter.

Why it matters for your business: In an Agile project, your quick feedback on each round keeps the work on track. Expect to review pieces often rather than only at the end.
