What is email click rate?
Click rate is the share of delivered emails in which someone clicked at least one link.
Click rate, sometimes called click-through rate, measures how many recipients clicked a link in your email, compared with how many emails were delivered. A related number, click-to-open rate, compares clicks with opens instead. Clicks are counted when the link passes through your email tool's tracking. Because clicks take real effort, they show interest more clearly than opens.
Why it matters for your business: Click rate tells you whether your offer and call to action got people to take the next step toward buying.
