What is a path exploration?
A path exploration in GA4 shows the order in which people move through your pages and actions, as a branching tree.
A path exploration starts from a page or event and shows what visitors did next, step by step, or works backward from an end point like a form submission. It replaces the user flow and previous page path reports from Universal Analytics. It is useful for seeing common routes through your site and where people leave.
Why it matters for your business: Seeing the real paths people take helps you design navigation and links that lead them toward contacting you.
