What is body text?
Body text is the main reading text on a page, as opposed to headings, captions and buttons.
Body text, or body copy, is the paragraphs that carry the bulk of your message, like service descriptions and blog posts. It should be set in a clear, comfortable font, at a size large enough to read on a phone, with good line spacing and enough contrast against the background. Headings break body text into chunks so visitors can scan and jump to what they care about.
