What is organic reach?
Organic reach is the number of people who see your social media post without you paying to promote it.
Organic reach counts the unique people who saw your unpaid content. It comes from followers seeing your post in their feed, people finding it through hashtags or search, and shares. Paid reach is the number reached through ads or boosted posts. Organic reach on many platforms is limited, because feeds favor content people interact with most.
Why it matters for your business: Strong organic reach is free exposure. If it is low, more engaging posts or a small ad budget can help your updates reach customers.
