Qualified traffic means website visitors who are a good fit for your business and likely to become customers.
Not every visitor is a potential customer. Qualified traffic means visitors who match who you serve, where you serve and what you sell. A local plumber gets qualified traffic from "water heater repair near me" but not from a reader in another country looking up plumbing history. Targeting the right searches, places and offers brings more qualified visitors, even if total traffic is smaller.
Why it matters for your business: More visitors is not always better. A smaller number of qualified visitors usually brings more calls and sales than a large crowd who will never buy.
