What is Quality Score?
Quality Score is a 1 to 10 rating in Google Ads that shows how your ads and landing pages compare with competitors.
Quality Score is a diagnostic rating Google gives each keyword on a 1 to 10 scale. It is based on three parts: expected click-through rate, ad relevance (how well your ad matches the search) and landing page experience. Each part is rated above average, average or below average. Google says the score itself is not used in the auction, but the same quality factors affect your ad rank.
Why it matters for your business: A low Quality Score points to the weak spot, such as an ad that does not match the search or a slow page, so you know what to fix first.
