What is remarketing?
Remarketing, also called retargeting, shows ads to people who already visited your website or engaged with your business.
Remarketing lets you reach people who have already shown interest. A tracking tag on your site adds visitors to a list, and the ad platform can then show those people your ads as they browse other sites, watch videos or scroll social media. You can also build lists from your own customer contacts. Privacy laws and platform rules limit what lists you can make.
Why it matters for your business: Most visitors leave without contacting you on the first visit. Remarketing reminds them of you while they are still deciding.
