What is WYSIWYG?

WYSIWYG means \"what you see is what you get.\" A WYSIWYG editor shows content as it will look on the page while you edit it.

WYSIWYG (said "wiz-ee-wig") stands for "what you see is what you get." A WYSIWYG editor lets you type, add bold text, insert images and build lists while seeing roughly how the result will look, much like a word processor. It writes the code behind the scenes. Most website editors and email builders work this way. The preview is close but not always exact, since phones, browsers and email apps can display things a little differently.

Why it matters for your business: WYSIWYG editing lets anyone on your team update content, but always preview on a phone before publishing.
