What is a logo?
A logo is the small, recognizable mark that stands for your business on your website, signs, cards and social profiles.
A logo is the visual signature of your business. It can be a styled version of your name, a symbol, or both together. A good logo stays clear when it is tiny, like a social profile picture, and when it is large, like a sign. It also works in one color, because it will end up on receipts, faxes, embroidery and dark backgrounds. Most businesses keep a few versions: a full logo, a stacked or square version, and an icon-only version.
Why it matters for your business: Your logo shows up everywhere customers meet you. Keeping clean master files, ideally vector files, saves time and money every time a printer, sign shop or website needs it.
